    With NextDC expanding in the world of modular edge DCs.... I wouldn't be surprised DXN have been looking attractive to them... Rather than building 50 edge DCs, DXN would be a quick and easy way to acquire a whole bunch of infrastructure and eliminate a competitor. At current prices DXN would be a bargain, if in the right hands. My opinion but keen to hear others thoughts.
