    Story in the AFR this morning, small caps section, that there is speculation that ISS is a target for Schlumberger.

    It talks about the "bullish trading update" profit number's cost cutting, working capital etc in a note from EL&C Baillieu. As well as Schlumberger casting its eye over the company, as consortiums had been doing deal's directly with ISS as opposed to through their distribution agreement with Schlumberger.

    It made mention of the fact that Shane Atwell owns a 23% blocking stake so it would have to be a friendly.
