I'm a little confused as to the concern. You suggest it could bind to the wrong enzyme, however when Xanamem is administered, the tracer see's a difference. It would be safe to hypothesise that this is likely a cause and effect and not just a coincidence that the tracer is binding to a random enzyme at the same time Xanamem is or isn't administered?
