IMO if 1 out of the 2 looking at SDL is BHP i think that would be the most realistic option in terms of getting this off the ground. BHP is a major cash cow looking to secure smaller juniors for future growth. They would have no trouble at all funding $3b US. Resources dont last forever, they are finite in nature, so hopefully someone takes this opportunity up and IMO someone will.

However, i would like to know how ur stockbroker got a wind of this information seeing that confidentiality agreements were signed. Not doubting what u said, just whats been said to u.
