It's quite possible that NTU could briefly hit 8c as the ship slowly sinks, a few uninformed and gullible people could mistake an easily generated market flurry for good news as happened back in 2013. All it would take is some more blatant lies going unchecked in another market announcement and boom there's another year this debacle of a company survives the inevitable.
