As far as I see this stock, long term, it will ride some significant tailwinds. It's stakes in the medical facilities and hospitals will become increasingly valuable over time - continuing to appreciate the NTA, while the grunt in the portfolio will be the childcare centres paying their increasing rents.
I've done very, very well out of Arena REIT over the last five years. It's portfolio is heavily child care centres, and it actively seeks to recycle their properties into better ones - they also have purchased some fairly solid medical buildings.
Social infrastructure will never go out of vogue, this may or may not be expensive now - but, give it 12 months, 24 months, 36 months - things compound and time grows.
We have a good manager behind us, and the ability to attract dollars.
