BAL is overvalued and priced for growth. The growth BAL and other milk cash cows has enjoyed thus far has been driven by the Chinese. Appreciating AUD, depreciating Chinese RMB, rise of cheaper competitors, particularly Chinese suppliers entering the market dampens outlooks for the ridiculous growth that BAL is priced for - PE over 100 whilst being asset poor (I don't count the stock reserves they're holding as assets, but more like future earnings).

Long term outlook for BAL and other overvalued milk cash cows is concerning in my opinion.
