Directors of a public or private company can be sued. However they can only be personally sued in the event that they are found negligent in the duties. That is no easy task. Any such case would take a numbers of years to process through the various legal stages.

Whilst I am aware the Mr SH Koh was a director of IDC a number of years ago and that Ross Hill had at some stage had involement with IDC, not having followed IDC for a number of years I am unaware if that involvement was recent. What directors did IDC and EOR have in recent times?
