Who outside of China will start selling RE's again, that is what ARU & LYC are trying to do but as we can see it takes years to get into production so at this stage there doesn't seem to be too much supply. To me demand causes a lack of supply, and as RE's are required for all the modern technology items, my guess is that demand will increase, and yes I know that there is an abundance of these RE's in the ground however it is the cost of getting them processed that I believe will keep the RE prices high!!
