Hi Pat and Mickey . Just a scenario. Here is another one . Mathew finally works out that the company has no future after he has spent over two years trying everything possible .So he decides to leave but before he goes he sets up the last big contract and leaves with managements appreciation for his services and Mathew leaves Shalini to finalise the contract so the company looks like it is moving on smoothly without him . With him gone the company snags a small repeat contract but now stalls . The company has a culture of ensuring those who are to leave are comfortable with a new job before they depart .The modular designer was a case in hand .Just my opinion .
