    I thin if you dig a little deeper you'll see that 49% of CLW leases are reviewed based on CPI.

    at the end of the day, the majority of tenants that CLW have in their buildings are high cashflow companies or government entities that are more than capable of paying rent. (all my opinion of course)

    whilst the sell off is likely to continue occurring, I'll be looking for top up opportunities from now and dollar cost average because I plan on holding this one for years to come and hopefully reap the benefits of their healthy dividends
