market always panic first and ask later
the headwind facing reits are serious and real, no doubt about it
but will clw continue paying its dividend and will interest rate affect it as much as what market thought ? Perhaps
but ask yourself this question, if you can buy a good quality commercial property trading at 20% discount.. with a tenant paying you increasing rent every year for the next decade…. Would you care about daily price fluctuations?
