I don’t think Citi’s TP is optimistic at all. Citi recently trimmed its forecast eps by approximately 8% to take into account short term macro headwinds. DMP SP looks very attractive at these levels especially given its long term growth potential. To characterise DMP as an ex-growth “mature businesses” is plainly incorrect.
