Inflation and rising interest rates… this was trading on a very very high growth multiple. Both of factors I’ve just mentioned should bring this down to a more reasonable PE.
This stock has really just fallen with the high tech multiples across the ASX and US since it’s highs. The value of growth is now less and growth is questionable at these levels given inflation. Double whammy.
