let’s do some numbers
10% gst, 10% franchisee fees, 15% rent, wages 30%, cost of materials 20% ….then you have other fees like refurbishment every few years, cost of loan to purchase the business, machine and equipment repairs …. Insurance, bank fees, phone, internet…..plus on top you have to put up with stress of managing teenage employees
