Currently only 4 board members: a non exec chairman; 2 ned’s; and the md/ceo. I am happy to see the vacancy filled, and happy that it is with another NED. Hopefully one that can add to the talents, perspectives and experiences of the current 4. The incremental cost should be negligible as it is filling a vacancy that was also remunerated.
