OHM solution with various sensors track, collect and analyse temperature, humidity, elec, gas, water, steam consumption and solar generation no matter what type building you own. So, whether it is already a smart building or a retro-fit, it doesn't matter.

As long as building owners are sold on the idea of putting such simple system to track spending, meeting green policies, Carbon offset etc, it's a go.
