Yes. I am beginning to feel bullish on REITs in general.
I have just also topped up in a large parcel in the Vanguard Real Estate ETF which has large exposure to CLW. I now have exposure across the whole sector.
Income has remained strong here and I think the 30% price drop across REITs was the bottom.
Next 12 months will show good growth in my opinion.
Well fingers crossed anyway, I'm 50% of my portfolio now in commercial property.
