    I'm just wondering why not just buy oil futures or options and get direct exposure regardless of country with leverage thrown in.?
    Picking a macro trend and then picking micro leverage buy buying individual stocks all with added development , cashflow finance management and country risk. just doesn't seem to fit the bill.
