I neglected to consider the Xtrata factor.
When (and if) Glencore / Xtrata believe in the heap leach then it is probably good bye Minara at a 30 percent premium to the market.
It is then a question of what might the "base price" be at? Assuming Lunchalot's $7 price, this would mean a takeover price in the low $9 range.
