It wouldn't surrise me if Flem/thack may soon have MOU for future production and funding, let's look at it from a billion dollar company trying to secure future reliable sources, so taking future supplies wouldn't be unrealistic at all in the business world, and the MOU would fast track, a lot of the processes for the other projects to bring them online, not all at once, but even 1-2year gap between projects being systematically brought online.
