Yes but what doesn't auger well is the MASSIVE African and Northwest American zinc plays that have been fast tracked by the Chinese to keep tonneages up /stock piles down. The Chinese are doing to base metals, what the u.s.did to gold 90 yrs ago . its still early days and its still exremely volatile . With volatility comes extension to the contigious ,be it over or under, the Chinese have the clout to push it to $2100/ton if they need to. The ''Singapore dump out'' was not a ''1 off event'', it was the precurser .
