Seemed like a bit of scaremongering without any facts to back it up Rupert.
One point that should be noted is that nearly all resource projects I am following have been delayed signigicantly. CBH Sulphur Springs for one and AIM's Perkoa project.
Delays across the board for mining equipment, engineering, labour etc. Good for current producers but a challenge for new one's.
