Once a stock gets within striking distance of 10 cents it often becomes a self filling prophecy target. AVB is approaching that point now. I think 10 cents will happen late today or tomorrow. I think longer term (provided results are outstanding) the target remains at 13 cents. See chart below for a reminder.
