CEB2 - re your 2 questions:
1/. EPS (earnings per share) = net profit after tax divided by the number of shares on issue.
2/. PE ratio = (Price per share /Earnings Per Share)
If PE ratio = 13 (average for AUS Gold Sector) and EPS = 1.854 (average over 10yr life of mine)
PE = Price per share/EPS
13 = Price per share/1.854
Price per share = 13 * 1.854 (= 24cents)
Hope that makes sense - and glad to see RED starting to turn green, even though didn't get my order filled today.
