Would Amgen care? Would their contracts be any stronger or weaker? Their supply risk stronger or weaker?

If Unilife turns into Unipump and is a financially stronger and more stable company from Orbimed changing the sign over the door and the only real change is shareholslders no longer own the business; Orbimed does. Well...i doubt Amgen wouod care...probably prefer if it means thet dont have to dip into their own pockets to prop up a supplier (if they convert into shares then partner)
