His wife is an artist, and might own, or did own the apartment in her own right.

I got that information from a high end real estate article that a fellow holder emailed me, and it's a few months old.

But I agree Donnybrook, that we should be going after him, even if only for incompetence at the very least.

I doubt that anything will happen though..
