It was not going to happen due to the primary effect of profit taking leading to a decline. CPH is in a pattern of announce/rise 25c/mass profit taking/drop 10-15c. Even on their next announcement if the shares do not go towards a down trend - predict holding at .75-.80 - they may just hit .95 - $1. How many new sales agreements can they make in two week period though.
