that would make it a buy.
when l look at the chart of SOL we might only be at the early stages of a downwards pattern that could easily last 18 months (eg the chart of index fund IAA shows this pattern).
it is possible (of course it's really unknown) whether we will be able to buy it cheaper in 2 months?
