I have a view that to keep MLT shareholders happy they paid around 14.25c but they also gave them a 37c dividend on the way out so say 14.25 less say 1.25c on the 37 cash that makes it around 13c.. As each MLT share got 0.1863 shares that has to pay around 12c.
so the full year fully franked pay out needs to be around 70c fully franked. The final dividend was 36c so maybe they raise the interim to 30c.leaving the final to grab 40c.
20c of that will be funded by NHC dividend paying now.
A bit of a reach but it may just happen
