Cheeky-Charm, I suggest you do some study on Elliott Wave Theory if you want to be successful in predicting & understanding the movements in the share market.
dunjo, I agree with your sentiments about wanting an agreement signed before https://web.stanford.edu/group/sacl/workshop/IWSHM2017/index.html event but if I was in a position to do so I would want to hedge my bets & ensure a better alternative offer did not materialize.
Consequently, I would be more expectant of a signed contract later in September.
