I agree with you. CCV SP has been declined from 1.16 since Feb to 70c before this event. This morning CCV's market cap is wiped out for more than 50M for a potential compensation of 20 M in 2 years. It seems to be overdone. The business itself from what I read has been generating good cash flow. Depressed and further depressed, it could be a good opportunity to enter.
