It got to 78 cents after announcing the NSW settlement. They are confident Dept of Fair Trading approved of the Qld brokerage fees, and they intend to fiercely contest this latest class action. The current share price is more sentiment than risk in my opinion, the fear being that each jurisdiction will launch their own class actions until we go belly up.
Won't happen. All I care about is the next dividend and what's doing in the UK side of the business. In the meantime, traders will have a bit of fun with the SP.
