    What are the thoughts on when shareholders may receive this? If shareholders are to have "plenty of time to consider" prior to the Wednesday vote and the Thursday offer expiry next week, I would expect the Target Statement to at least be at the printers. You would hope we would receive it in the mail by Friday or at the very latest Monday.
