target?

Apparently (according to another forum) RBS has SKI as a buy due to its potenial as a takeover target with its extensive power assets in SA and VIC. I havent personally seen this report so cannot vouch for its existance - has anyone?
Now the sell down seems to be the result of expected reduction in dividends in the coming months, does anyone have an opinion of the likelyhood of it being snapped up by a pension fund or the like? Personally i find it hard to believve - but hey ive been wrong before.
