I don't think so -- LOI doesn't usually (IMO) register with SHs as being concrete.
I'm not even going to fathom a guess as to where SP will go if it is revealed tomorrow to be finalised and USD$93m secured -- there will be panic buying based on FOMO -- there will be big selling based on holders that have been here since the 2c > 0.4c then back again ride who will want to get out.
I think that if the deal is verified tomorrow we can expect to see a significant increase.
