    I was actually just looking at it the other day and thinking it was pretty close to the mark. Note also their price target range was 18c to 90c i think.

    Got me thinking SCE may well of been selling for someone else also? They dumped 20 odd million shares not long after they released this report. The fine print stated they only controlled about 9 million shares? Perhaps they still hold?
