To me it is one and the same things: If you can't identify the target (for what it was supposed to) then it could well be civilians) Result? If you're moved by morals, you don't shoot. If you moved by hatred of by "yes SIR, no Sir!, Three bags full SIR!" then you shoot and stuff the consequences. This move by thye oz shows what their motivation is and it's not hatred or the yes sir no sir mentality. Civilians were saved for at least one more day - till the yanks or brits took over! We really have to watch out that we don't build a generation of Tim McVeighs. I can see them being sown in the US barracks right now.
