I'm not certain that the Hills will sell their baby. They are in their prime at the moment.
That said, I do agree with you a $500m valuation sounds a lot more realistic than a $200m valuation (for a business that produced ~$15m NPAT in 6 months).
They just need to string together one or two more years of consistent HoH/YoY improvements to justify a $10 share price.
