xtex, if its any comfort,theres a huge amount of aussie money on the sidelines simply because of the volatility.. that 'dont trust the market' feeling.. and unless it settles, there wll be even more money exiting this market.. fwiw,my approach is to ONLY play the extremes of the moves, and stay out of the middle.. the middle 70% is where the market will eat you .. middle can be time or price.. I'm no good with time.. but the price extremes are reasonably easy to work out, and retests of extremes are even nicer.. tho i did get caught once recently when xjo plunged through extreme support and kept going down..probably about the same time you bought in as well.. but I've made it all up plus some since then.. good luck buddy
