    After telling us the last month that only DTU's vote counts, suddenly they claim the opposite!

    "Wiltel, which controls 47 per cent of PowerTel, can not vote at the meeting. Downtown Utilities, which has 35 per cent, can vote against the Roslyndale bid, but not in its favour."

    So 9% of the votes (perhaps purchased recently) can decide the issue!
