On the balance of probability it should go up. Probability enhanced by stock bouncing against lower bollinger band. I have seen such candles on other stocks which have not gone in the direction suggested by the candle. More often than not, they have had a very strong opening and then just fizzled down. As with life, there are no guarantees.
