Watch for typical "signature" placement patterns...
RXL was sold off heavily from 9.8c...all the way down to the 5c range where "apparent" support was found, then it rallied to 7c or so and was hovering in the mid 6's...
Then they announced a placement at 5.5c.
Then it fluffed about for another period (can't remember - high 5's to loiw 6's?)...then rallied on news that for all intents and purposes was already known and was nothing of any great surprise.
It rallied to new highs 11.5c? ish?
If ICg follow a similar path, I would expect a placement in the 3's or 4's...lets see?
