re: targets - market re-rating Too early to tell. The area is remote and it is risky, however at these times of high oil prices, the biggest risk is not taking a risk at all.
ARQ is in a transition faze, the company is looking for that next growth stage. There are a lot of things on the radar and something should definately come good. I still reckon ARQ is a very good long term buy and not a trading stock. BUy and forget about it...
