I was just having a shower and thinking the same thing. Why isn't it running? Why is it being sold down? The quanity placements at 38 today (300K sell orders) were deliberate to bring the price down. They were gone at close of business and returned at start of trade. It HAS to be an intent to buy at 35/36 - otherwise why wouldn't they just sell down to 35 and get out? Only 1.3 million traded today...It just may be a case of waiting until they are done. At close of business today there are 1.2 mill to 40 cents. Let's watch the volume at close and ope each day for the next week.
