Curious looking at world wide reserves China is way ahead and in terms of non-BRIC there is not that much. Significant holdings in Brazil which along with Canada just got wacked with 35%. Canada on some reports suggests they have no REE and other reports suggest they have ‘substantial’ REE. Sure would seem that USA might be leveraging tariffs to wrest economic control of remains of world wide reserves outside of China at this point.
