Hard to know. Ucore was originally a hard rock miner. Focused on HREE. Just Like GWM they found out Just how difficult this was and failed. They had developed several unique separations processes trying to Extract REE from rock. They now are in one of the mid Atlantic states. They want to separate HREE From Seg As very pure elements. The column Process is one of the first to totally depart from the SX process. The process appears to work well. I have not been able to find anything on base operating cost, and Operating cost / KG. With out this it is impossible to predict value. They are still in start up mode. I am sure these cost will be clear as they advance into operating mode.
Right now Hype is good in May stock was up 3 X it is now up 1.74X. I AM watching it carefully. Not buying yet. SP means no options or shorting at this time. They have to increase 11.5 X for this to be meet SEC minimums. Few exchanges allow options or shorting until stock is 1.5~ 2.0 X SEC minimums.
Jack Lifton was a paid consultant when they were mining. Put out many videos saying they would be the best REE miner. In spite of a PEA that said that even at the High, Compared to today, REE prices they were not economically viable. Jack said do not worry HREE would double soon.
There is more REE everywhere and I am not talking about trace amounts in people's back yards. REE had almost no focus till 2010. and did not receive major focus till 2015 ~ 2020, Prospecting to product is a long time. Especially in countries with lots of mining regulations. The earlies I would expect and major output OF REEO is 2035~2045 in US or Canada. The concentrations needed are in both countries.
