Since this government has given no indication of either, TWE is unlikely to rise about 8.5-9 by my estimation, and cultivating new markets will take time which australia doesn't have. Say, waiting for the billion plus indians to become hypocritical muslims and cow eating hindus rich enough to afford australian wine and beef.
