    Just a few thoughts but I was of the understanding they had a number of banks prepared to lend money for the project. Perhaps if possible we should move on with them and not worry about Shenghe providing finance (not necessarily the money they were going to kick in for a percentage for the project unless they can't do that part of it either anymore)

    Also I am hoping that with them moving offices this might be a sign they are thinking things are moving ahead. Why waste the resources in doing this, even though it might be a small cost, if they don't have to unless it is to save money or they couldn't stay on their previous office etc?

    I'm a bit surprised with the tariff situation etc China, or even the US for that matter don't want to really take control of us asap and move it forward to keep it out of the others hands etc.

    I'm still considering purchasing little amounts on market etc
