If the TNC are only after information, I was under the impression their are avenues other than court for information, for instance if it is law the TNC have a right to the ministers reason for granting VMS a license then its law: no need for court, I suggest it is not law and their for up to a judge to make a decision, otherwise freedom of information act would be the avenue for TNC all that is happening here is Gordon is grandstanding and has a friendly judge, that's his name isn't it ? please do not correct me as l can't utter big note's name.
